Boldly going where I haven't gone before

cappuccino.jpgOne of the gifts my wife and I received when we married was an espresso maker. At the time I wasn't terribly excited as I had just figured out how to successfully use the coffee maker a few months before. I was relatively new to the coffee thing and a thoroughly incompetent cook besides that.

After the passage of a little time and the acquiring of a coffee grinder, my little espresso maker began to be an integral part of our collection of household appliances. Now, with all the late night studying I've been doing for school, 8pm cappuccinos have become just as much a part of my regular schedule as my 7am normal coffee.

Tonight I broke out into whole new territory and made a mocha cappuccino. Even though it is ridiculously easy to make, I must say that I am quite pleased with myself. Next time I'll try a little more cocoa powder, but it actually tasted quite decent. And its approximately $2.50-$3.00 cheaper than Starbucks.
