Intellectual Defenestration

A little tired

In the last week I've worked over 85 hours. Last Tuesday I volunteered to do a major rework on a 2 yr project in a week. What can I say - it had to be done.

The strange thing is that I've been working so much on this project, I feel like I'm in a bad version of the Matrix. I close my eyes and I see code. I wake up in the morning, get in the shower, and work out sorting algorithms in my head. How sad is that?

On an entirely different note, I'm watching the State of the Union address right now. Do party leaders go through the text of the speech beforehand and tell their members when to clap and when to stand?
