An Important Day

Today is both my wife's birthday and the anniversary of our engagement. A "happy birthday" to her and a "happy semi-anniversary" to us!

I just realized that my wife and I also got engaged on her birthday. (Well actually I may have waited until after midnight to ask so it wasn't actually her birthday.)

Well, gee, don't I feel bad. Amy, I don't know you but Happy belated Birthday. I hope it was a good one and it isn't cool that your husband remembers the day you got engaged. I have to admit I don't even think I can remember the exact day I asked my wife to marry me, though I do remember how and where.
