My new favorite bookstore
is Westminster Bookstore. Granted, you have to be a bit (well, maybe a lot) of a theology nerd to get excited about most of the selection. But if the title Medieval Foundations of the Western Intellectual Tradition, 400-1400 is intriguing, wtsbooks.com is the URL for you.
Reasons? Simple: their prices have been consistently better (for what they do carry) than most other stores (including Amazon), orders typically arrive on my doorstep two days after I place them, and the shipping charge is $5 no matter how much you order.
Plus, on my last order they mixed up one of the books I was supposed to receive. When I called to ask about it, they apologized profusely, shipped that day out the book I was supposed to get originally, and simply gave me the book they didn't mean to send me. No annoying voice prompts to wade through, nothing to return, no third degree as to what I did wrong, just simple and quick assistance. And, what can I say? I'm a sucker for free books.
The customer service arena has become more important to me after dealing with Paypal. Something bad happened to my account and, because of the Paypal CS department's ineptitude, apathy, incompetence, and apparent hatred for their customers, I lost money. So when someone actually takes time to at least appear competent and helpful, I am now a bit more appreciative.

I do, however, think that the Discerning Reader (http://www.discerningreader.com/) has a greater selection . Prices are comparable to WTB; chepaer in some cases. If you are an avid theology buff, you will most likely be well familiarized with that site, but if not, its certainly worth a look!
